Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum) has the wonderful cinnamon scent loved around the world.  Warming and stimulating, it is comforting during the cold season.  Many people find it hightly romantic.  Historically cinnamon was so popular it was the main reason behind the occupation of Ceylon by first the Portuguese, then the Dutch, and then the British.

 

How to use: Because of its high phenol content, it is best diluted (1 drop to 40 or 50 drops of V-6 Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex) before applying to skin. If the mixture is too hot, apply additional V-6 Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex. May be applied neat on hands and bottoms of feet. May be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement.
